After 15 years in the security field working in a variety of roles, I wanted to try being a CISO for a company that has a different culture. This is how I found myself in the APAC region working for Agoda

I would say the biggest challenge we will face in 2021 will be to adopt a security approach that is adaptable to agile, and scalable to where the company wants to be

My approach is by risk. What are the business risks? How to find the gaps, and then investing in closing these risks and gaps.
Q5, In which business area, function or metric, has your team made the biggest impact?
Visibility – where are the issues, gaps, risks, and closing them fast and with good coverage and accuracy
Q6. How do you determine what technology to invest in and how can you stay current with all the changes?Looking at the risk matrix and assessing where our biggest gaps are. Then, once I decide to close these, I start to look for new technologies that can help me achieve this
